Lara Martin is a professional Funeral Celebrant and holds an NOCN Level 3 Diploma in Funeral Celebrancy, the highest level accredited national qualification in Funeral Celebrancy in the UK. Lara is based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire and works within Ilkley, Skipton, Keighley, Bradford and the surrounding areas.

 

Lara is also an inspirational speaker and contemporary recording artist with a music career spanning over two decades. She has written and recorded songs which are sang in church congregations worldwide, some of which she has performed on BBC Songs Of Praise and at the historic National Day Of Prayer and Worship at Wembley Stadium.

 

Whether Lara is leading a funeral ceremony or memorial service, singing or giving an inspirational talk, Lara's approach is personal, sensitive and engaging.

Lara is an advocate for national baby loss charity 'Saying Goodbye', performing at their remembrance services held in Cathedrals.
